Party by the Koi pond

We all split up for dinner. The older kids head out to the parking lot to the Pizzeria. Some of the parents and some of the younger kids eat in the hotel, or get pizza -- they even deliver -- or go out somewhere local. Last year we went to a great Japanese place. This year, some people went to a barbecue place.

But everyone knows, after dinner, head back to the middle. First one back grabs a good spot and a bunch of tables and chairs. And everyone brings a cooler. And everyone shares.

We're talkin' a lot of coolers...

It was HOT in there! It had to be 90 degrees -- it felt like a hot summer night. And the smell of the chlorine can be more than a little overwhelming.
