I subbed today

for third grade at the school across the street.
That is really hard. Those kids moved around alot. They meant well. They weren't actually BAD. Just ACTIVE. But I'm really feeling too out of shape to do that kind of thing anymore.

Yeah, the money is decent. But I'm EXHAUSTED!

Frank always says something at this point along the lines of, "It's about time you actually put in a days work. That's what a JOB is."

About half way through the day, I started chanting in my head, "There's NO PLACE LIKE HOME. There's NO PLACE LIKE HOME. There's NO PLACE LIKE HOME."

C'mon Sue-

I comment about you actually getting paid for a full days work and I'm the bad guy?

Can't a guy just feel a little underappreciated once in a while?

You didn't think of that did you - maybe its not about you!

BTW - I could sub with no problem. Plenty of duct tape!

Tim -- Hi! It's nice to meet you, I had a chance to check out your blog too, it was very enjoyable...

Frank -- Hey, you're right. I never thought about you feeling underappreciated. That's a whole different slant on the comments -- but isn't everything always about ME?
Also -- Duct tape is good, but expensive. There goes the profit. Plus, you've gotta get the little devils to hold still while you tape 'em up, and that's the hard part -- :)

Hey Sue...make it a school project....have the kids duct tape each other and you have less kids to chase around. By the time they're done, you only have to duct tape one or two....

PS....we love you Frank,,,,you the man.....feel better?

Yeah Beth, Its all good.

Its very difficult to GET ME face to face, let alone through email.

My brand of sarcasm and laser wit doesn't really come across in just raw words. (Nor does my humility).

Sue suggests a liberal use of emoticons :-)

See...thats better ;-)
Now you get it...don't you ?

Now go #%@&^$$ :-)
See...:-)...venom completely cancelled out!

I love you to Beth...no really!

Intent, sarcasm, joking and all that is very difficult to read unless anotated - even your emoticons don't seem to help ;). Good luck with that, Frank
