An additional mammal

What is it? I'm not sure. It may be a woodchuck or a gopher. Either way, it seems to be living in our backyard. It doesn't seem scary, though. And it's not a rat. But it HAS been nibbling on the tomatoes.

My grandmother died on my birthday a few years ago.
I am very short -- under 5 foot tall.

I also hate to cook because I hate to clean up afterwards.
I'm very happy now because Thor is doing the dishes.
I love to bake cookies, cake, pie, and fudge, but then I usually eat most of it, which is BAD.
I'm addicted to sugar.
I'm more Yin than Yang.
I prefer the mountains to the beach.
KMSR is my favorite place in the world.
I always wanted to hike the Appalachian Trail.
