How does your garden grow?

There is something very hopeful about a garden in early spring.

i just planted two tomatoes a week and a half ago. i put them in pots. i don't really like to get dirty, but i love fresh tomatoes. once you plant a plant, all you have to do is water and pick the fruit when it comes. throretically. i kinda wish i planted three, but i gave the third one away. and i baked a bread for someone who promised to share his veggies with me when they ripen.

Your plants are way ahead of mine. However, the upsidedown tomato is thriving.

Seraphine - We cut way back on tomatoes this year. I'd rather get some fresh bread, myself!

Mom - Jan got an upside down tomato too - It was looking a little peaked when I left, I'll have to ask her how it did...

I have the topsy turvey tomato too....its kicking butt. we're hoping that by having it upside down the rabbits won't get to it...they ate all the flowers off of them last year...I didn't get a single tomato.

I feel left out, not having an upside down tomato!

We have rabbit issues as well, which is one reason I'm doing so many pots. I don't like to get dirty either -- and I hate weeding.
